Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or edited before they’re fulfilled/shipped.

Q: Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it.
Contact sales@simplyo.co.kr as soon as possible.
Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

Discounts & Promotions
Q: How do I apply a discount code?
In your cart (or at checkout), open Discount, enter your code, and tap Apply.
Q: Why isn’t the 15% first-order discount applying?
The 15% first-order offer is auto-applied after login and is for first-time customers only.
Sets/bundles are excluded.
Q: Can I combine discounts?
Discounts cannot be combined. If a set/bundle promo applies, it may override other offers.
Q: My code isn’t working. What should I check?
Make sure the code is entered exactly, hasn’t expired, and meets any requirements (e.g., minimum spend).
Some promos may exclude sets/bundles or sale items.

Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Q: How long does processing take?
Orders typically ship in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Q: How much is shipping?
- Continental U.S.: $6.99 under $80.
- Free shipping on orders $80+ (after discounts, before tax).
Q: How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska/Hawaii/US territories?
We ship to AK, HI, PR, GU, and VI (final rates shown at checkout).
We don’t currently ship to American Samoa, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO.
Q: Will I receive tracking?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Q: My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please check with neighbors/building staff and your local carrier first.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened/sealed items in original packaging.
Q: Can I return an opened or used product?
Sorry, opened/used items aren’t eligible due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email sales@simplyo.co.kr with your order number and reason.
Returns require approval before sending.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us within 48–72 hours and include photos (shipping label, box, and product).
We’ll make it right.
Q: When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Timing may vary by bank/card provider.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

No, guest checkout is available. Logging in helps with faster checkout and offer eligibility.
Q: I can’t log in / forgot my password.
